Rules for the stay

  1. The primary guest booking the stay must be at least 18 years old.
  2. A valid photo ID is required from every adult guest at check-in — Aadhaar, driving licence, passport, or another government-issued ID.
  3. Local IDs (addresses within Vikramgad/Wada taluka) are not accepted for check-in.
  4. Unmarried couples are not permitted to check in.
  5. No smoking indoors or on the lawn, and please don't leave cigarette butts on the grounds.
  6. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the property.
  7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
  8. Please keep music and noise down — there are senior citizens living close by.
  9. Meals are for the dining table; please keep food out of the bedrooms.
  10. The kitchen is shared and open to guests — please clean up after using it.
  11. Please use the staircase and terrace with care, especially with children or elderly guests in your group.
  12. Water is limited — please use it thoughtfully.
  13. Solar hot water runs 24 hours a day; electric geysers are backup only, for emergencies.
  14. Please lock doors and windows and switch off lights and fans whenever you step out.
  15. We have a designated area for barbecues — speak to the caretaker to set one up.
  16. Please treat the house as your own, and leave it as clean as you found it.
  17. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its furnishings during their stay.

The bungalow sits inside a gated complex in Village Sajan, near Vikramgad — a quiet, self-contained neighbourhood. This Google Maps link will take you straight to the doorstep.

Good to know

The property is self-sufficient for electricity, drinking water, and hot water. There's parking on-site for up to 3 vehicles, and the grounds have chikoo, mango, guava, and palm trees — lovely to sit under, though we'd ask you not to pick the fruit.
